The version of the drawings that actually governs construction, and how it differs from a permit set or an IFC set

A conformance set of drawings is the version of a project's construction documents that reflects every correction required by the building department's plan review. It's issued after the permit set has been checked, marked up, and approved, and it's the document that governs construction until the next revision.
