Keep Revizto when the federated model is already the meeting. Switch when you do not have that model, or when nobody has found the clash yet.
Detect first, then track
Helonic is the Revizto alternative when the model is late or missing. It finds coordination and code issues on PDFs and writes RFIs. Choose it to fill the list Revizto would otherwise only track.
Best for: Detection on 2D sets without BIM

Navisworks is the usual Revizto alternative for hard clash detection when the model exists. It does less of Revizto's meeting-and-assignment layer.

In-Revit rules
Autodesk Model Checker stays in Revit. It is a Revizto alternative only for authors running rules, not for a multi-firm coordination room.
Best for: Revit authors running rule sets
A Revizto alternative only has to cover the job you are missing. If issues are never found, Helonic is the alternative. If issues are found and poorly assigned, BIM Track or Navisworks may be the alternative.
Revizto still wins as the 3D meeting room.
Revizto still wins when the team already coordinates in a federated model and needs real-time 3D issue tracking, including VR or AR walkthroughs. Helonic will not host that meeting.
BIM teams often keep Revizto and add Helonic on packages that never made it into the model.
In July 2026 Revizto launched an MCP Server, a Model and Object Properties API, and a Developer Portal. The MCP Server lets a team connect Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or a private LLM to live issues, clashes, and model properties, and Revizto says it is not building AI into the product itself.
That gives BIM teams AI-assisted reporting on a federated model. It does not read a 2D PDF set, so it does not replace detection when no model exists.
Navisworks and BIM Track are the stronger picks when the federated model already exists.
Helonic does not replace a 3D coordination room. Helonic fills the issue list; Revizto is where BIM teams walk and assign those issues.
Navisworks, BIM Track, Solibri, and Model Checker all want a model. Helonic is the Revizto alternative that runs on flat PDFs.

Revizto does not build AI into its product. In July 2026 it launched an MCP Server and API that let teams connect their own AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to Revizto issues, clashes, and model properties.
