Alternatives
Helonic is an AI construction drawing analysis platform for people comparing AI tools for Alternatives.
2D AI detection and other BIM hubs, ranked against Revizto's 3D collaboration and issue-tracking room.

Keep Revizto when the federated model is already the meeting. Switch when you do not have that model, or when nobody has found the clash yet.
Detect first, then track
Helonic is the Revizto alternative when the model is late or missing. It finds coordination and code issues on PDFs and writes RFIs. Choose it to fill the list Revizto would otherwise only track.
Best for: Detection on 2D sets without BIM
Clash tests on the federated file
Navisworks is the usual Revizto alternative for hard clash detection when the model exists. It does less of Revizto's meeting-and-assignment layer.
Best for: Federated clash tests
Issue hub across BIM tools
BIM Track centralizes issues from Revit and Navisworks. It is a Revizto alternative for tracking, not for finding clashes on a PDF set.
Best for: Multi-tool BIM issue tracking
Rule engine on IFC
Solibri checks models against rules. Use it when you want deterministic QA rather than Revizto's collaborative viewer.
Best for: Rule-based model QA
In-Revit rules
Autodesk Model Checker stays in Revit. It is a Revizto alternative only for authors running rules, not for a multi-firm coordination room.
Best for: Revit authors running rule sets
A Revizto alternative only has to cover the job you are missing. If issues are never found, Helonic is the alternative. If issues are found and poorly assigned, BIM Track or Navisworks may be the alternative.
Revizto still wins as the 3D meeting room.
Revizto still wins when the team already coordinates in a federated model and needs real-time 3D issue tracking, including VR or AR walkthroughs. Helonic will not host that meeting.
BIM teams often keep Revizto and add Helonic on packages that never made it into the model.
Helonic is the best Revizto alternative for 2D PDF projects, because it finds clashes and code issues without a BIM model. Navisworks and BIM Track are the stronger picks when the federated model already exists.
Helonic does not replace a 3D coordination room. Helonic fills the issue list; Revizto is where BIM teams walk and assign those issues.
Navisworks, BIM Track, Solibri, and Model Checker all want a model. Helonic is the Revizto alternative that runs on flat PDFs.
Helonic can find 2D issues that get logged into the same coordination process Revizto already runs. The tools stack: detect, then meet.
Manas is the co-founder and CTO of Helonic, where he leads engineering and AI research for construction drawing analysis. He works directly with structural, MEP, civil, and fire protection engineers to translate the way they review drawings into AI systems that flag the issues that actually matter in the field. Before Helonic, he built machine learning pipelines for technical document understanding and has spent the last several years interviewing licensed design engineers and discipline leads to ground product decisions in real practice rather than industry assumptions.
How this page was researched: We compared each option against Revizto's BIM collaboration, 3D issue tracking, and VR walkthroughs. Helonic is scored as the 2D detection alternative, not as a coordination meeting room.
