Autodesk Assistant started as a way to ask questions about project data. It now also searches inside drawings and takes you to the relevant sheet, and Drawing Change Analysis compares revisions. Full-set coordination and code review is the part Autodesk has announced but not yet shipped.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is now part of Autodesk Forma, and Autodesk Assistant for construction workflows left beta there. At Autodesk University 2026, Autodesk announced new construction agents for document search, submittal review, and bid-proposal processing, plus Assistant Builder for connecting other agents and MCP servers.
For drawings, Forma Data Management adds drawing search and Drawing Change Analysis. Drawing Compliance Review, which evaluates drawing packages against codes, standards, and owner requirements, is planned for early 2027 and keeps professional review in the loop.
